1 Soup Spoon of Mayonnaise (Cuillère à soupe)

2 medium tomatoes to extract water (2 tomatoes mixées enjust)
1 Leaf of 1/4 teaspoon gelatin (1 Feuille de gélatine)
10 grs of pureed beets (de purée de betteraves)
10 grs of pureed carrots (de purée carottes)
10 grs of pureed lemon pulp (purée de citron)
Fresh herbs to decorate the plate (Herbes à décorere)
Chives (Ciboulette)
Juice of 1 Lemon (1 jus de citron)
